Kim! Hey, remember me? I followed you over from Libby's blog. It's nice to read a bit about your life in Hood River. Ben has offered us his dad's fishing services some time when we are in HR, but we've not ever dared to try to call.
Denis and I live in Medford. I hope your foot heals up nice a quickly for you.

Tracy, Do give us a call the next time you are in town or planning to come this way! Denis and Bob can go fishing and you and I can catch up. I'd love to know what you are doing lately . . . hmm guess I better go check your blog!

Is it okay for me to put a link to your blog on mine?

Blog etiquette... :o) A very interesting subject. There's not a lot of rules. Generally, if you are replying to a conversation related to your own post, you answer in the comments section on your own blog. That way, the next one along can follow the conversation. In the case of ours here, you can go either way. You would be sure for me to get your answer more quickly by answering on my blog, just as you did.

Generally speaking, don't be afraid to comment on people's blogs. People like to get comments. It's encouraging to know who's out there reading. Then, be careful of staying within the privacy boundaries of the blog owner. For instance, several of my friends do not use their full name or location on their blog. I have to be careful to always refer to them by their pseudonym and be vague about locations in my comments.

Blogger makes it pretty easy to put up links. Just log into your blog. Up at the top, click on "customize". That will open up your blog's layout. You select "add a page element", pick the type of list you want to add such as "link list" and then just enter the list with the web addresses. It's helpful to open a second window so that you can go to each page you want to add, copy and paste the addresses in. Hope that helps.
